Make Your Own Mercury Glass

If you have never seen this stuff you are missing out! Mercury glass is amazing in all its forms. You can read the technical stuff about it here.
I fell in love with it when I purchased this set of candle sticks. I was in awe of the beauty and delicacy of the item.
Real mercury glass can be a bit pricy (see bottom of this post) and if you have fur babies like I do you always run a risk of having those little paws knock something over.
Instead of blowing out your budget on the real deal go to the dollar store, resale shops and garage sales and gather a collection of items to make your own!

Simple directions:
1. Gather nifty glass
2. Grab the paint!

3. Look up tutorials or just bumble through like I did!
4. Enjoy the awesomeness that is "Mercury Glass" !!
